Shipping rate
Everything is sent Priority Mail, which is about $4.05 plus office expenses (on average $5.98).

SHIPPING
Standard delivery may take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
We cast almost everything ourselves, so for the most part, orders
are handled on a first-come-first-served basis.
And sometimes, when we're doing a lot of shows, it may take longer
because we're in town for 3 days and out for 4. If you order something
and you don't get it as soon as you were hoping, just give us a call
and we'll work something out!

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available in denominations of $10 and up.

RETURNS
For returns and exchanges, please package item securely
along with receipt and reason for dissatisfaction. All exchanges
are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

WHOLESALE
A federal tax i.d. number is required for all wholesale orders.
There is a $400.00 retail minimum on first orders which is then
keystoned. To reorder, the minimum is $200.00 retail.

SALESTAX
8.25% sales tax applies to NC. residents.
