These necklaces are the culmination of years of collecting and traveling. The stones come from all over the world, some sent by friends, others chosen from distant markets, or selected from trusted gem cutters. Each bead is added to the strand, selected by color or texture, or how harmoniously it works with the accompanying stones. The work is a meditation, a prayer for good fortune for the wearer. These pieces are completely handmade and designed by Cynthia Thornton, with only the finest gemstones and magic in every stitch. 

This measures at 46" and includes the following:

  • beige c-lon
  • baltic amber round beads in a perfect gradient, ranging from pale sunlight to golden honey and finally a rich garnet red. This piece is very lightweight and beachy!
