Self Care Kit-- Handmade

This kit was made by Cynthia Thornton inspired by her own self care pouch of various oils and gua-shas for massaging her face, neck, hands, etc. The guasha in this kit was carved by Cynthia, inspired by a wing shell and cast in anti-microbial/anti bacterial shibuichi. The pouch was made by our dear friend Joanne Chan of Babolulu Designs and the oil was also curated by Cynthia (organic ingredients from French broad food co-op: jojoba oil, coffee oil and rice bran oil) . If you struggle with neck pain, the comb side of the piece is good for scraping out the fascia in your muscles and scalp and the rounded end works well to dig into the palm of your hand or meat of your thumb.  Limited quantity!
